How fitting that Roy should join his beloved wife Mary in heaven on their 60th wedding anniversary! Roy and my husband John always had a lot of John Deere stories to share during our get- togethers. Roy served his UAW Local 434 retiree's union as president and done a fine job.
I can't count how many times John and I visited with Roy and Mary over the years. There was a lot of laughing, playing cards and other games, talking about our families and just enjoying each other's company. I treasure those memories. Rest in peace, Roy!
