I just learned today of Frank's passing. I worked with Frank on second shift at Deere. My deepest condolences to the family. Frank was definitely one of the good guys.

Joan and family, please accept my sympathy as you mourn the loss of Frank. I always admired his willingness to work so hard, shopping for and delivering non-perishable items to the local food pantry. He definitely was a man of honor. He served his country with dignity and always thought of others. With my condolences, Mary Price

I am very sorry to know of Frank's passing. We were boyhood friends in the West End of Rock Island, and Frankie was my dependable assistant on my Argus paper route for a number of years. We also enjoyed playing sports together in the neighborhood.
We had lost contact in later years, but today I talked with his wife Joan on the phone and extended my condolences.
In addition to his Marine Corps service, I know that he retired from John Deere after 26 years of loyal service.
May he rest in peace, and may God comfort Mrs. DePaepe and all the others who loved him. He was a good man, and will be missed. Love, Bob Cook (Moline)
