I just received this information on this morning concerning Cassandra through my cousin Hope. Hope and I are Uncle Joe’s nieces. My Mother is Sally Porter Thomas and I reside in Mn. I pray that this message will comfort the family. 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

You are going to be greatly missed, but you are just sleeping now for soon and very soon the Lord himself shall we desend from heaven with shout, with the voice of the archangel and the trump of GOD and the dead in Christ shall rise first. There shall be no more death, sorrow or crying . May the Lord be with the family and heal the broken hearts. GOD bless your children, protect them and keep them safe.

When great souls die,
the air around us becomes
light, rare, sterile.
We breathe, briefly.
Our eyes, briefly,
see with
a hurtful clarity.
Our memory, suddenly sharpened,
examines,
gnaws on kind words
unsaid,
promised walks
never taken.

My heart goes out to all of you, my God bless and keep you all. Sherry and Family
