Louise A. "Mary" (Trempalla) Ferrarini

Louise A. “Mary” Ferrarini, 99, of Rock Island, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Moline.  Private services will be held at Calvary Mausoleum, Rock Island.  Memorials may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church, Rock Island.

Louise was born April 23, 1919 in LaSalle, IL, a daughter of Walter and Elizabeth Trempalla.  She married Laurence “Larry” Ferrarini on May 3, 1941 in Spring Valley, IL.  Larry passed away on February 27, 1999.  Louise was a loving homemaker for her husband and children.  She was also a dedicated volunteer at the Adoration Chapel at St. Pius X Catholic Church, where she was a member.  In her spare time, Louise also enjoyed gardening, bird watching, dancing, traveling and watching the Chicago Cubs play.    

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Debra (Jack) Frey, Monmouth, IA and Dennis (Marie DeLuna) Ferrarini, Ft. Atkinson, WI; sister in law, Leah Mini, Peru, IL; many nieces and nephews and special friends, Harry and Kathy Galley, Rock Island.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 3 sisters, 1 brother and her grandson
