Debra “Debbie” K. Ballinger-Gimm, 63, of Rock Island, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at UPH – Trinity, Rock Island. Cremation rites accorded. A memorial visitation will be from 5-7 pm Friday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Memorials in care of the family.

Debbie was born in Rock Island on November 14, 1955, a daughter of Richard Sr. and Nancy DePaepe Ballinger.

Survivors include her parents, Richard and Nancy Ballinger, Rock Island; siblings, Vickie Ballinger-Sparks, Moline, Michael Ballinger, Rock Island, Lori Ballinger-Thomer, Rock Island and Rich Ballinger, Jr., New York, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews.
