Rosemary C. Dumoulin, 88, of East Moline, formerly of Rock Island, passed away Sunday May 9, 2010 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
Funeral services will be 10:00a.m., Wednesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Rock Island.
Visitation will be 4-7p.m., Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, with a rosary recited at 4:00p.m. Entombment will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Memorials may be made to St. Pius Catholic Church.
Rosemary was born on April 20, 1922 in Rock Island, the daughter of Joseph and Frances (Buselaki) Posateri. She married Edward Dumoulin on October 18, 1941, in Kahoka, MO. He preceded her in death on July 11, 1990.
Mrs. Dumoulin was employed by the Rock Island Arsenal as a librarian for over 20 years.
Rosemary was a member of the former St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rock Island.
She enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs and old movies, listening to big band music and working on crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her sons and daughters in law, Edward and Julie Dumoulin, Marshalltown, Ronald and Victoria Dumoulin, East Moline; grandchildren, Jerome, Alexander(Jamie) and Lindsay Dumoulin; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Hildenbrand, Davenport, JoAnn Kerby, FL., and Virginia Schroeder, FL.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Omialak.
