| Eileen F. Booton, 83 of Milan died Friday, April 4, 2008 at her residence. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan, IL. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. till service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
Mrs. Booton was born June 11, 1924 in Milan, the daughter of Benjamin and Irene Kimbel Hodson. She married Vernon Booton, June 30, 1945 in Milan. Along with being a homemaker, Eileen enjoyed sewing, reading and working with ceramics.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Booton, Milan; daughters, Vicki Babinski, Rock Island and Deborah Schneckloth, Coal Valley; grandsons and their spouses, Jeffrey and Tricia Babinski, Michael and Brooke Babinski, Brian and Sophia Schneckloth; 5 great grandchildren; brother and his spouse, Carl and Mary Hodson, Rock Island along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by, brother, Benny Hodson and son-in-law, Keith Schneckloth.
